If a payment you made fails, it will be reimbursed to the original payment method. The refund disbursement will require a maximum of 7 to 15 working days.

Lenus Oncology is not retaining any payments made by you that have failed. The total duration of the refund process is exclusively determined by the bank’s transaction processing time.
